Agile Coaching
Our consultants have been accepted as speakers at software development and testing conferences since 2002. We are experienced in helping software development organizations transition from traditional heavy-weight processes and methodologies to Agile in order to realize more business value in less time and at a lower cost.
Training and Mentoring
Our trainers have taught others how to be productive contributors in Agile environments. Interactive workshops, both for teams and one-on-one, are available to teach concepts like Test-Driven Development, automated and manual application testing, how to write solid and appropriate User Stories, and how to manage an Agile team through each iteration.
